The SC Land company is headed by a husband-and-wife team, Harvard-trained architect Lance Chu and Chenghan Tan. Lance brings international design experience, having worked for Pritzker Prize–winning Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas during the 1990s as a partner at the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (Asia). Chenghan has a strong family history in luxury property development in Singapore.
